We are excited to hear about the groundbreaking of the New York Blood Center Enterprises campus. This project will consist of a gut renovation to the existing AVON building located in Rye, NY. Once complete, the 187,000 SF building will be NYBCE's first vertical campus to accommodate state-of-the-art life sciences research space, blood collection tools, and cell therapy manufacturing facilities in Westchester County. Cuono Engineering will be providing the structural design of architectural and MEP engineering elements in the building renovation.
