Last week, the Home Builders & Remodelers Association (HBRA) of Fairfield County held their annual Beyond the Blueprint series. Cuono Engineering's Senior Associate, Melissa Fitter, PE was one of four panelists selected for the event which focused on future-proofing homes. The panel included insight from engineering, architecture and building professionals on how natural disasters, climate change, technology and other influences are shaping the design and construction of homes and innovative designs that will provide resiliency in housing.
