Greenwich Waterfront Twin Residences

Cuono Engineering was contracted for the structural design of two new, side-by-side waterfront residences in Greenwich, CT. The structures are composed of a two-story steel frame with interior wood infill framing at the roof and second floor. The first floors are slab on deck., while the perimeter façades are mainly composed of glass at the first and second walls.

Cuono Engineering provided design and detail, foundation, gravity and lateral moment steel frame and site retaining walls.
