Project Scope

The project consists of the structural design of a new approximately 8,000 square foot, asymmetrical, 2-story building located on the corner of South Moger Avenue

Cuono Engineering redesigned the foundations along the north wall of the proposed new building to accommodate previously unknown conditions at the exterior of the adjacent structure that abutted the subject site. Redesign of the foundations and ground floor slab was also needed for the structure from the existing shallow bearing footing and concrete slab on grade system to a pile-supported structural ground floor slab and pile-supported superstructure elements.
